Greece's express visa scheme for Turkish tourists will continue this year.
The European Union (EU) Commission has approved the continuation of Greece's express visa program for Turkish visitors to some islands in the Aegean this year. According to Greek media reports, the EU Commission has approved Greece's continuation of the express visa application for Turkish visitors to 12 islands in the Aegean this year.
Thus, Turkish visitors will be able to benefit from the express visa application on the islands of Kos, Lesbos, Rhodes, Samos, Chios, Chios, Limni, Kelemez, Meis and Sömbeki, as they did last year. This year, in addition to the 10 islands, the express visa application will be started in Samothrace and Batnoz Islands.
The express visa, which will be issued at the relevant ports, will have a duration of 7 days and will be valid only for the island specified in the application.
