Speaking at the ceremony attended by the Prime Minister of Qatar and State Ministers, Fettah Tamince, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rixos Hotels, said: “First of all, I would like to thank the leaders of this country who transformed a beautiful desert into the most luxurious country in the world.
