Employees at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France, have decided to go on strike again following a call from trade unions.
The French press reported that the General Confederation of Labor (CGT), the French Democratic Confederation of Labor (CFDT), and the SUD Union, finding the government's statements regarding museum management insufficient, called on employees to go on strike again. It was reported that the decision by approximately 350 employees working in different departments of the museum to go on strike, following the unions' call, has negatively affected museum services.
